It was occupied at the time. I have heard them evacuate it during a tornado warning, but not just during a routine thunderstorm. It's probably like being in an airplane that gets hit by lightning.

Second, the window is all wet and the camera is somewhat blurry which could change the looks of the video. 3, light is faster then sound, so u will c the lightning first.like at a baseball game, if ur far away u c him hit the ball the like a second l8r, u hear it. 4, y would some1 evn wanna fake this?
