I often heard you shouldn't clamp your nipples for more than 20 minutes whit clothespins and that you must reduce it if you are using more severe clamps, and that more than 10-15 minutes whit clotespins is not recommended since leaving them longer doesn't add much to the sensation of removing them anyway. So whit binders I guess 5 minutes would be ok and 10 minutes a safe limit. I don't think there's any serious research behind those numbers, tough.I'd play it safe:you can always clampthem again
