  • Fantastically!!!!!

  • I was hoping you would name the foamy look ing fungi. Is it a balled up physarum polycephalum? (spelling questionable)

  • very confusing narration...

  • lol i know but i cant help but think how trippy his voice is, i dont mean any offence to the guy he just sounds trippy as hell

  • lol the guy who talks in this video is an absolute joke he sounds so dumb

  • I think one of those is a slime mold...Probably not though. by the way, I've seen red toadstools pretty early in my life, I was no older than 9. I encourage you to learn about slime molds, they are not taken seriously enough and callled things like 'fungi', 'molds', 'blobs' and even 'slimes'. They are protists.

  • the one at 1:02 was a slime mold.

  • Fungus? :S

  • No problem. Anything dealing with nature is interesting to me.

  • I believe the orange slimy one is orange jelly. I guess it is edible, but it doesn't look very appetizing. I believe the yellow foamy one is scramble egg fungus. The fake barf one might be tree ear.

  • Thanks very much for your insight! That's really interesting! I wish I could've found a book with common names instead of just latin - it was a bit frustrating. Once again thanks!!

  • Orange jelly! There's a monster in SlashEM called orange jelly, and I personally will eat anything I'm sure won't poison me. I wonder what it tastes like.

  • Got some nice mushrooms there ...I think that orange stuff was what is called witches jelly I liked the the big white shelf <which i think was artist konk And the floppy ones might be pigs ear. Thanks for posting ..And thanks for now emphasizing the "druggy" aspect of some really nice natural wonders

  • Fungus...

Is that what my grandpa has on him???

    MUSHROOMS!!!

  • anyone know how to identify psilocybin mushrooms?

  • yes. I can.

  • Did I see a Ps azurescen in there? Didn't get too good a look at it and I don't think it is cold enough for them just yet looking at the other things growing.

I support the idea of getting a feild guide, best $20 I ever spent :)

  • I've seen some fungus like this before around where I live! Interesting to know that half way around the world it still looks the same.

  • horray for fungus XD i have orange stuff growing on my deck XD

  • :D horray for fungus i have orange stuff growing on my deck XD

  • cool!

  • I guess you also don't know that getting to close to fungi can make you lose your mind.

  • I guess you also don't know that getting to close to fungi can make you lose your mind.

  • Oh heck! I lost that a long time ago

  • does your camera have macro shots, if it does you can pan in and around the object for more material to use. just a little tip to make videos more interesting.

  • David Arora has a good pocket field guide as well as a thick reference if anyone would like to identify the muchrooms.

Thanks for the videos - very entertaining.

  • Thanks for comments and information. I'll see if I can find that book at one of the local bookshops. The book I borrowed from the library was all in latin and seemed disorganized, so the book you discribed should be much better. Thanks again!

  • I'm just a guy with camera taking pictures of things that impressed me. If you have information to share in regards to fungus; then by all means do so.

  • Do you have a clue what you're talking about or are you just walking around looking at fungs? How about some scientific names? How and why does fungus grow?

  • i love to enjoy your documentaries, cool

  • Thank you!
