first its actually easy you need to download audacity. on my channel is a link to my mediafire files ill put up the version i use as a download.after that open it. now you need to check your sound so right click the speaker icon & click on recording devices and turn of microphone, right click & click show disabled devices and turn on whatever was off in the first place. now go to the song you want and click record, then play the song. make sure its loud or it wont pick up. i may a video on this

I know, it's kind of confusing, but on the left are the American versions of their names, on the right is the Japanese version. They changed it because M. Bison is a parody of Mike Tyson, they feared a lawsuit or something in America.

I prefer Vega as well, since it is what I grew up with, but Balrog is cool for him too, reminds me of a demon coming out of hell.

The character M.Bison/Balrog (boxer) Had his name changed so Capcom wouldn't get sued (or so the CEO's ear wouldn't get bitten off XD), They chose Vega for the matador and M.Bison for the Dictator because M.Bison is more intimidating. That's why many times on the internet you will see Balrog (claw), M. Bison (boxer), and Vega (dictator) when Japanese people write it, and Vega (claw), Balrog (boxer), and M.Bison (dictator) when Americans write it.

if you get realplayer (at least version 11) it will allow you to download most any video you find on the internet to your computer with one simple click. it downloads them as .flv files so you may need to convert. but for this, since it's just the audio you probably want, winamp will play just the audio of a .flv
