you are doing so good hon. If your body wants to take it slow...then maybe your body is trying to regulate. Sorry about your dad hon. I know that it is hard (my dad had a brain tumor last year and my step mother found out that she had cancer in nov. and died in dec.) there was nothing they could do for her though. It will be okay and I will pray for you hon. :)
You look hawt now cant wait to see what you look like at goal.... Cut out the things you really dont need... make the tougher choices and you will start dropping again...
