When i click "Open Containing Folder" is brings up 2 text folders and a ISO file. When i click the ISO file using Roxio it wants me to burn it onto a cd. I do that and it says there was an error. Is there another program it should be opened with? And if not could u please instruct me what i could do to fix the problem....
