@derickb2 In martial arts a persons energy comes from their legs, we push momentum from our legs, to our sternums, into our arms and fist. So if he had weighted legs, he has a hard time building up momentum for the punch. This is why when you see a martial artist punching their back foot always lifts, we're pulling energy (Momentum) and redirecting it. It's pretty basic actually.
