To be honest with you, I cant prevent them not to land on their roofs but I can try to throw a ball or something that will spook (long pole with black bag attached at the end) them to fly away from certain roofs that I dont want them to land on...
I keep them in for days so that they wont land on their roof for so long like this one on the video...But most of them always stays out and enjoy the nice weather...

They must bring a lot of joy into your life, all those little lives! I often dream of having a many pigeons, but I realize I need to have a settled location then. Who knows, maybe one day. I know a lady in Belgium who has hundreds of city pigeons ~ she rescues them and takes care of them.
Thanks UHUNgry...That is the roof of my barkyard neighbor, I spoke to them about my birds landing on their garage roof and the conditions is, as long as my birds dont land on their homes roof it willbe okay. NYC have so many pigeons all over the city so no one can contain each one of them...Thanks for watching my video...
Oh, just read what you had written about your birds ~ just wondering, how can you prevent your birds from landing on the neighbor's home roof?

Oh yeah, that's a clever solution! Who knows, maybe some of them even learn to avoid the neighbor's home roof ~ you never know..
If it was my roof, I'd be happy to have pigeons standing on it!

They are homing pigeons...Some fanciers use them for racing and some are for fun , I enjoy them as for my hobby...
