just a very curious question. i was going to build myself a rig (high end spectrum with 6950 and whatnot) to run the latest games that will be released in fall. however, im going to college next year and will need portability and gaming so ive decided to either go with the g72gx or this laptop. you think it will be able to run battlefield 3 and skyrim on max settings or high?
@Hester708 This laptop will run anything you want it to on highest fullest settings with ease. Its amazing, and if you are looking to play cod4 with it, it runs so smooth.

@ShadowsDeath07 With ease? I don't think so. The most frames per second you can get out of is from 15-25 frames per second. Especially when you get to that snow level in Crysis: the lost chapter, that really pushes the computer to its limit.
@tallthunder True, at least for Crysis 2 you'll be able to run it at higher fps since it will be better optimized. But still it sucks for 360 since they probably have to swap discs, ps3 the only exception.
@hiredmercenary MW2 is fuckin shit. the game is completely broken, a real let down if u ask me. i play it here and there. im like a 50-something on my 10 prestige but i just dont care anymore. i just got this new badass laptop so im going to be doing more shit on here(PC gaming) i got COD4, Crysis, L4D2, portal, and boarder lands so far. still not sure what else im going to get. i wanna get CSS but fuck that i got COD4 now!
