If you missed out on fusing kinstones with the King or anyone else at any point in the game, there are always enough "make-up" characters that give you a chance to do that.
That might be true. I am not sure, if it is like that in the European version, too. Because it seems that for the multilingual version they cut out some parts (maybe because it hasn't been translated into some languages and they didn't want to give other players of the same version any advantage, I don't know).
Anyway, the European version seems a bit more incomplete than the US version already is. So it will stay one of the shortest Zelda games anyway, but also one of the best imho.
actualy in evry zelda game theres atleasr 1 boss whit a eye as weakness mostly evgryone is
