@sexymonkeydecoy no, I wish they couldn't, but they can talk about anything they want. my lawyers did that to my ex-husbands lawyer, they talked about us to other lawyers. unless you instruct them to not talk about the case, they sit around and talk. And no your not wrong cause there are some cases, like murder cases that they aren't allowed to talk about. But that's the same as being barred from doing so.
