Wow, I walked into Tizley's tonight for a drink and there was Kimberly emceeing Open Mike Night. Behind the players I sensed more than her restrained accompaniment offered - she made her fellow musicians sound good. And after hours when she jammed the blues I was afraid her bass was going to burst into flames. This woman is talented! Small hands, big reach, blazing speed and rythm in her soul. Yep, it was/is. :)  I started it/learned it with just a 'lower register' chordal/melody line and into the swing. This year (with my new six string) I just added the 'upper register' chordal/melody sections. I think it's a really nice contrast between the upper and lower registers in both the 'standard' and 'swing' sections. :)
