I wonder who's idea it was for MJ to change the dynamics of his shot in the summer of 1989, to stop leaning forward and bring his release point up and backwards above his head. Was this something Phil Jackson convinced him to do due to the introduction of the Triangle offense, or it was just MJ trying to become a better 3 point shooter and increase his range due to the "Jordan Rules" type of defenses he was facing in the playoffs?

His shot is not as rough as kobe's, it actually looks like its easy, when Kobe does it it looks impossible. Thats why Jordan was so good, he made impossible shots easy when kobe is flailing trying to hit game winners. No wonder his game winning shot percentage is 29% compared to jordans 57%
