  • Aspieresearchmom, If they never tell you "Hey it's your personality" and instead make up some b.s. about restructuring, then you can (and should!) use this against them. If you're over 40, then you have age on your side if you've had to take time off due to your child ("aspie"-mom) then you also have FMLA to protect you and possibly ADA as well. Learn your rights and don't give up the fight!

    PS: Did you notice in my bio on my site that I have a son with autism? My heart goes out to you!

  • yes, I am going through this now , but I actually heard the last plot against me when I was doing a large copy job near closed office of the big wheel! He was so loud i could hear every word. He told three of management that he did not want my "personality sitting there" even though I received Exemplary for Quality of Service on my last evaluation! He has been doing retaliation for 8 years since I filed Grievance on him when he was bullying me to the point that I was physically shaken.
