So I bought 3 rebel scholars and one of their cases (the Mystic) scratched the heck out of my new (4 days old) iphone... The scratch is

over 1.5 inches long. I have e-mailed them and try to get it resolved but they will only offer an exchange.

How does an exchange fix my scratch?

I'm completely disgusted with them.

Not only did their product damage my phone, their customer service is horrendous.

I think a new name is appropriate.

Second your best hard protection case,

That is a really cool looking case, but not cool enough for $100. I wasn't too impressed with the other designs either. I would definitely buy the basic colors over the Incase brand since they are cheaper. Thanks Carlos, it's cool getting another case review from you.
