Renetto's character is a parody of a hypocritical preacher. Thus I took his message to be that all the people saying YouTube should exclude celebrities are dumb. YouTube should be an inclusionary meritocracy. And that's why he pointed to ZenArcher a an example.

As long as Warner Bros and Paris are paying YouTube's bills, I welcome them. Better them than me...I don't want to have to pay to upload video or be a member of YouTube. No one's forcing anyone to watch them.
