As a Coheed fan, this is an amazing video. They nailed this instrumental-wise, I don't care what anyone says. From the guitars to the drums, they nailed it perfect.

As far as vocals, everyone will have their own opinion. Bruce Dickinson has a rare voice that no one will ever match, he just has an epic voice. Claudio's verse is epic though, it sounds good, gives some screams in there, makes it sound good.

I'll be the first to admit Travis' voice sucks to lead, but it was a treat to see him sing

As far as vocals, I think Claudio's verse is fucking epic. I love how he adds some screams in there. And as for people comparing Bruce's voice to Claudio's, it's apples and oranges, they have different voices, so everyone is gonna have different opinions.

Instrumental-wise, this is the best cover of the song EVER. No doubt. Coheed nails this song perfectly, I wish they'd do a full version of the song though.

Taking nothing away from maiden I think C&C's version is great, the only place where I could really say anything is the vocals like a few have already pointed, I think Claudio has a great voice but this live version didn't really show that. I did like the two girls providing backing, it was a nice touch and added a little something different. Overall amazing song covered by a great band, hopefully it will show those in the dark the awesomeness that is Iron Maiden

you cant compare coheed to maiden for two reasons. A theyre two different genres B Maiden invented a huge portion of techniques and styles for the entire blanket of rock/metal thus advancing and pushing more attention to our genre as a whole. i love the coheed story. the entire concept and how he entangles his own life within it. nonetheless, coheed as a whole and individuals are talented but no they are not more talented then Iron Maiden.
