i really couldnt. i have fat gerbils. and a few weeks after that batch, they decided i wanted 5 more. I had 11, and 3 managed to escape the cage, but i think my cat got them so i wont have a bunch running around. I even have an albino!

Also love your gerbil babies. My gerbils would stamp their feet (like Thumper in Bambi) if my cat was around. Very funny if you have 2 parent gerbils and 10 kids. The cat was not amused.

Gerbils are awesome but they are more work than people think - you have to let them out for exercise, give them stuff to nibble to wear down their teeth, regularly clean out their cages etc. If your up for it I wish you luck with your search tho!! :-)

Know did you that you can the littles catch just after they have their eyes open? Because differently your fragrance has wanted them and the mother them no longer and eats them.

I have now a nest of 6 kids from exactlly 2 weeks old, and yesterday their eyes open. Small films come still.
