Do the Orion VIIs in NYC acutually save fuel that it claims to save to the tune of 20-30%. Because the same model in Toronto barely saved any fuel.

Dude, read my description clearly. It's mentioning New York City's NGs, we only got them this month, and I was the first to get video of it. I know other places got NGs, but I dont live around there now do I?
