I see a lot of people here blaming the banks for foreclosure and I've just got to say, you're all a bunch of deadbeat fucking losers. No one is FORCING you to borrow money from these banks to buy homes. Where in the US Constitution does it say you have the right to own a home? Sorry, but if you can't afford a home then you shouldn't be buying one. Don't borrow money if you can't pay the interest back. Get a lawyer before signing any contract and if you can't afford it, then RENT an apartment.
the sheriffs can choose not to do this, they don' t work for the banks, they work for the people.
when police wake up to the reality of "who they serve" they will hopefully put down their weapons against the people before they too are condemned to a prison camp.
If there is no one willing to shoot the gun, it is not a dangerous weapon.
My friend, here are the facts; the role of any sheriff's department is to cayy out the orders of the court. They have No say in what goes down. If the court orders them to evict-they evict.
@sayNOtoevilNOW The banks are the people too, they pay taxes too. Legally, the house is theirs anymore, its the banks. So they can't just stay in the houses, therefore they're legally trespassing and need to be removed. It's their fault for buying homes they couldn't afford. There is no such thing as predatory lending. It's YOUR responsibility as a borrower to go over your mortgage contract. If you can't afford a lawyer to look over a contract then you can't afford to buy a home. Simple.
These cops, (pigs) don't care about the person. If they did, they wouldn't take the job, and fight for right. Cops are sell outs. It takes a cold M'F'er to kick a man in a wheel chair into the streets.
@VideoGuyNC Dude, be realistic. @ReligiousZombie As for the banks, of course they are just faceless corporations which are draining America dry by doing their huge part to make the economy work against the people. Ever heard of Wall Street? They bet on a loan failing every day. As for the pig faced cops, they are nothing more than government thugs who intend on sucking their part out of the people. You're right, they don't have to give homes to the disabled, but they also don't have to charge hellatious interest.
@ReligiousZombie Agreed I can never understand why people are anti-police, it's a damn career that pays well that no one wants to do so i can't stand some unemployed no good person shouting crap about how police are useless, oh and getting houses for free is actually true here in Britain, such a crap system it be that a war hero was refused a council home while an asylum seeker was given a home valued at more than I would earn in my lifetime.

There are some sheriffs that are refusing to evict people. And to me that is doing their job "to PROTECT and serve the PEOPLE" . In my opinion those banks and insurance companies should have been left to fold and go out of business.
@DonFanuci726 familiar with term private ownership and property laws that make economy work ? State is required to uphold laws . But i definitely agree that there should not have been a bailout for the bankers . Insurances in US ? they are are making huge profits , they dont need a bailout .

@DonFanuci726 now what happened was banks werent holding enough cash on the hands , were giving loans to people who couldnt possibly pay them back expecting property prices to rise, and giving options of fews years of very low interest rates with a catch that they could rise them latter . Everyone is feeling sorry for those people. Yeah some are unfortunate, they've lost their jobs, etc which led them to this, but some are just plain irresponsible and went out and got a house for 1/2 million when they only make 45-50K /year. You also have to use your brain before doing something.
This is why we need God more than ever, if you are an atheist, then I feel sorry for you. But people that do believe in God we need to prey that this world and the things in it from greedy people, passes away soon.
It's really sad when people lose their jobs and then they try to make the mortgage/rent payments and they try to keep up but eventually they get behind and they get evicted.
why are public paid people doing the banks dirty work they started the b s with their loan shark tactics let them pay to finish it. everything is in their favor
Dont buy a million dollar house on a $30.000 a year income! Live within your means, pay your bills. Low life irresponsible dead beat trash are the reason for this recession.
You think the answer is that? Here in Ohio there was a job loss of over 200,000 manufacturing jobs in just 2 years. After people started to lose their jobs and not being able to find another job that pays nearly the same, the forclosures rose very sharply. I wouldnt call them deadbeat trash.
Every time you sign your check you are creating debt money.
Money is debt...more debt more money
It's the system homie.
Ignorance is the cause and continued force behind this problem.
Research Comprehensive Annual Financial Report....We are still by far the richest nation in the history of mankind. The average american just doesn't understand how to operate properly in commercial affairs
as soon as a man/woman signs th promissory note, the loan is funded. Without their signature, th bank cant get th funding from th fed. Then, as soon as th bank sells th note, th debt has been paid. Th question should be, "how many times should th bank get paid on th one note? As it stands today, they get pd 3 Xs over, & thats not including th fractionalization, credit swaps, securitization & the insurance they take out (that the alleged borrower pays for) that the bank collects on if u default.
My best Friend and Brother are Pigs (I let them Know every day, that they are pigs and having a badge doesnt make em right) and when there told to kick people outa there homes they dont.
because both of them have parents that were kicked out.
This is sick! This is not the way human beings r supposed 2 behave toward their fellow man. Have u not heard of the Golden Rule? You know, do unto to others... Most of u are heartless & have no compassion 4 these people. All they wanted was their bit of the American Dream. The banks have already fractionalized their promissory notes & have been paid anyways. Not 2 mention they r insured by the borrower. They have no risk or loss. This video was sickening, but most of the comments were worse.
Why don't you go to the nearest tallest building (or better yet a skyscraper) Go to the top floor, open the window & jump. You would be doing the world a favor with that atitude!
Yeah - like me. Married, 2 kids, making 80k/yr between us. Payment goes from 1250 a month to 1481 due to "taxes" and being in a "new area". Change jobs to make more money and get laid off. Now what? I get screwed cause they have way too many ways to fuck me when buying a house. I am ok with renting for the rest of my life.
Why do the banks have all the rights? Why do they get to jack up prices of homes to outrageous levels? Maybe they shouldn't be making ANY money at all?
The fat white pig loves kicking people out just because he gets to eat more! Fucking cops, always doing the dirty things and always like it! Fucking bastards!
Why don't we get together and evict the banks along with their rent-a-cops? If we could get enough people together, we could form "Eviction Protection groups" and have members to "Run's" on the banks whenever someone gets threatened with eviction. Watch my video, please.
Sounds great but, I'm not in USA... you people should start asking the gov to back you against the banks. Not necessarily by not allowing the banks to get their property back but, by refunding you for what you have lost. When the time came for the gov to help out the banks from going into bankruptcy, they did absolutely nothing, on purpose. After the banks fell, they gave the banks more money. How nice. They should start thinking about their people, the ones that voted for them.
The government and the banks are not really a seperate entity, in my belief. They are like a head and leg to me. This idea will force them to change, though. Thank you for viewing the idea!
I could never do such a horrible, heartless job. How could I live w/myself & go home to my soft bed, family, to look in the mirror knowing I was even partly responsible for putting people on the street! I thank God that he made me with a heart!
No! I feel thay people & their families are more important then the all mighty dollar. Many evicted families have already invested thousands of dollars into their homes. Because of sickness, loss of employment or bad luck. They lose it all. These eviction cops must have no hearts. Because I could never do such a inhumane job. This is so sad to watch.
Been there, Done that. My husband left me on Welfare 15 years ago w/our baby. Then 3 years later I became disabled due to a accident & could no longer work. Things are better now. Remember this. When you hit bottom there is no place left to go but up. Cheer up. Better days are coming! ϋ
Maybe that 10% down was all he had to buy his family a house. That is still a lot of money. & yes the eviction cops are worse! "Money is the root of all evil." Was the most inteligent quote ever said in the history of man- kind. Maybe this economic collapes in this richest country in the world is a wake up call.
@xrangerx "how could a father buy a house with only 10% down payment"
What would the alternative be? live on the streets?. I feel for all the hard working people who have the 10%, do their best to provide for their family, pay the mortgage and then lose their jobs in a downward economy, thus not being able to find another job. Do you expect them to have 50% down payment. Perhaps look at the bank willy nilly lending more than people can afford, thus pushing realestate prices up in the process
How about everyone in the country stops paying their mortgage for several months until the banks decide to change their ways. Everyone saves money, and those who want to screw people over get screwed by the people.
That's a small very small pay back after the traunces of mortgage pool investors, lenders, underwriters, brokers, and yes real estate agents set up and took part in the liar loans. And then told the media that it's home owners doing all the lying..
No loss.
Now their taking some of that bail out money to hire the illegals to clean up the mess. They can sell it to the next (liar) sucker in line.
Police should not get involved unless it is a two way street, meaning that they knock on the banks door too, they put all these bad loans together. The home owner always lose at the end, no one helps them, no one!
Where has has your brains gone to you great big fat neo-nazi porcine American slob?It does not take. much of an IQ to work out why the guy ended it all .Who on earth would ever want a green card to work alongside such scum as you!!What a corrupt system you have in the land of the brave and free. All you ever do is fill your great big fat gutts with hamburgers you facsist no hoper>
The banks should allow homeowner to be squatters, which would prevent the house from getting trashed/damaged. then if the house was resold there would be an orderly transition which benefits both the buyer and the former homeowner.
Oh well, the free market prefers to just cry to the government for taxpayer money.
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee there would be an orderly transition of ownership. The foreclosed families may become angry toward the new owners.
Cops acting as agents for the Jew banks- disgusting.

I just loved that one cop who found that person who was dead by suicide. I don't know why he did that? DUH!

awesome, get rid of those people that should have never bought a home.

Why don't you go to the nearest tallest building (or better yet a skyscraper) Go to the top floor, open the window & jump. You would be doing the world a favor with that atitude!
Godzie1 2 years ago

Godzie1 2 years ago
how could a father buy a house with only 10% down payment? That's horrible, not the eviction cops.
xrangerx 2 years ago
Godzie1 2 years ago
It's their job. Glad they have one cause I don't. My house is in forclosure, but I am already out. I have bad luck and a new baby. It is what it is.
barkersk1 2 years ago
Been there, Done that. My husband left me on Welfare 15 years ago w/our baby. Then 3 years later I became disabled due to a accident & could no longer work. Things are better now. Remember this. When you hit bottom there is no place left to go but up. Cheer up. Better days are coming! ϋ
Godzie1 2 years ago

Perhaps look at the bank willy nilly lending more than people can afford, thus pushing realestate prices up in the process
milkshakemuncher 1 year ago
I have an idea!
How about everyone in the country stops paying their mortgage for several months until the banks decide to change their ways. Everyone saves money, and those who want to screw people over get screwed by the people.
gdernie 2 years ago
Great idea. We could also hit the banks back by devaluing the property. Watch my video. It's got some ideas you might like.
antiforeclosurearmy 2 years ago
That's a small very small pay back after the traunces of mortgage pool investors, lenders, underwriters, brokers, and yes real estate agents set up and took part in the liar loans. And then told the media that it's home owners doing all the lying..
No loss.
Now their taking some of that bail out money to hire the illegals to clean up the mess. They can sell it to the next (liar) sucker in line.

calling it your job does not make right. just a matter of time before a cop ends up on his back
skudlick 2 years ago 2
Police should not get involved unless it is a two way street, meaning that they knock on the banks door too, they put all these bad loans together. The home owner always lose at the end, no one helps them, no one!

The banks should allow homeowner to be squatters, which would prevent the house from getting trashed/damaged. then if the house was resold there would be an orderly transition which benefits both the buyer and the former homeowner.
Oh well, the free market prefers to just cry to the government for taxpayer money.
monkeyman1140 3 years ago 2
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee there would be an orderly transition of ownership. The foreclosed families may become angry toward the new owners.
