So they can't just stay in the houses, therefore they're legally trespassing and need to be removed. It's their fault for buying homes they couldn't afford. If you can't afford a lawyer to look over a contract then you can't afford to buy a home. Simple.

I believe that a lot of those "laws" are in dire need of being reviewed to be amended.

as soon as a man/woman signs th promissory note, the loan is funded. Without their signature, th bank cant get th funding from th fed. Then, as soon as th bank sells th note, th debt has been paid. Th question should be, "how many times should th bank get paid on th one note? The banks should allow homeowner to be squatters, which would prevent the house from getting trashed/damaged. then if the house was resold there would be an orderly transition which benefits both the buyer and the former homeowner.
