So you are ok with this if this happens to you? Cause if it happens to one guy, it can happen to all of us. Do I agree with what the pastor said? Of course not. But when I see these kind of things happen-I realize that could be me or you or anyone who says something that local cops, border patrol or the gov't doesn't like. You need to look at the big picture here and see that our rights are being taken away. This is tyranny straight up!

@CaptainCrunchOwns Say if this Pasturd had a illegal immigrant in the car, the policemen aren't suppose to search the car to make sure that illegal didn't cross into the US?... The policemen were doing their job to secure our boarders...

@Pellegrino80 I don't think police can just assume you have something in your trunk and forcibly search it. He was asking for them to demonstrate reasonable cause to search his vehicle.

@MissMoxie78 I believe in God too, but I don't believe that God or organize religion can speak to God. No one on this planet has ever spoken to God or has ever heard from God, but there are little things that can't be explained, like something you know that your deceased grandparents would leave something behind for you or a near accident that saved your life as if someone is watching over you. God or guardian angels does not talk to people but they seem to leave little messages.

Yes I've been tased, I was trained to use one and it burns... If Anderson had shut up and done what the cops asked him to do he wouldn't of been tased... He didn't want to get out of the car as if he was hiding drugs, any cops would think that. If you don't want to get out of the car there is always reason why you don't want to get out...

yeah its called civil rights you dont have to get out of your car just because a cop tells you to. you can not be legally searched if you do not give them consent to etc. I know the law. im not defnding this man but i am defending his civil liberties

If the cop came to our house, yes I agree civil rights, I wouldn't let the cop in the house if he didn't have a warrant. Some say you can do the same thing with cars, but cops have to search it with or without a warrant.
