how did you guys figure out how many to bake and the placement? I might attempt this on a smaller scale for fun. :D

@SuddenLeigh I don't remember exactly at this point because it was a while ago, but I'm pretty sure we used graph paper to create the outline, with each box on the paper representing one pixel, and then used a sprite of mega man from google to count the pixels and what colors represented each pixel.

Something like that, it wasn't very difficult and the results are delicious.

@StewNWT  Its actually just cocoa powder mixed with white frosting. Everything else is just food coloring. Black was a LOT of food coloring.
