I think that this song describes memories very well. Most memories are filled with bittersweet experiences, ones that make some laugh, some that make others cry. Then there is the longing to go back to that one moment and re-live that time period where things seemed so simple. @akane18 you're never too old to learn to play. I'm 21 and I started really teaching myself a few years ago. I think I was 18. You just have to have faith in yourself and practice. But most importantly, don't just learn the music, feel the music. Let it take over your body and come out of your fingers as beautiful music. Trust me. It will sound a million times better if you can connect with the music instead of just playing it emotionless.

...i cnt read sheet music... and i can only learn by ear if it is a simple song like When the Saints Go Marching In or Yankee Doodle... it seems like its impossible for me to learn unless if someone tells me the notes are "A B G#..." ... and when i go to Google and search "i can't learn by sheet music or by ear what should i do?" nothing comes up, but things like "debates between..." what should i do... not try and learn this for my brother's birthday? i love this song though...
