All of the issues are extremely important in our society. Our government should focous on all of them, have people who work at every of our issues to make our issues nonexistant. I, for one, cannot pick a single issue that matters the most to all of our people but I'd have to say HIV/AIDS and or drug use because... well screw the fact that I'm a Rent fanatic, but people are dying every day because of those two.
