It's odd that people don't know what foie gras is - at least videos like this help in explaining it.

Whilst not all farms are necessarily this bad, the bottom line is that these birds are fed over a third of their body weight every day for weeks. They reach the point where they can no longer function, when they are then killed. We know that battery farming is cruel - people just need to realise this is 10 times worse!

I don't think this is done without fraud of greenpeace. I'll search on the web or this realy is the way they treat them,because i love foie grass, but after seeing this,... This is only in Turkey like this,i think... In France,Europe,this is impossible to happen with the state knowing it.I've been in france to a place where they keep foie grass ducks.They live 9 months normal,and the other 2 months with a still but MUCH less then this way with a special diet.Go to a chikken farm,it's worse!
