lol, the Guns alone were over 2 nd a half K, but thats more a hobby of mine than any one elses interest.. comp about £800 with everything, screens another £700-£800 and Full HD Projector £800 odd.. and then of course you cant put a price on the sound system's, as i made them myself, but prolly cost me about £400 for the comp one's, the Dolby Digital on the projector ones for speakers nd amps about £600, thing is all this was bought over many years of work..

lol i have it all connected to the Full HD projector, and found that with PC games--[that this 120" slows you down for things like CSS]... its hard to explaine but console games and Arcade style shooters are emmence lol....... have fun.. Projector is allways the cheap way to have a MASSIVE screen.

Haha, sounds sick, you wil be lucky to get that for under three grand, projector like mine-[1080p] its at least 500-700-[deppending on the Lumins, incase you ddnt know the more lumens the better, it basicly means its more visibale in a lit room, but as you have more lumens the lamp life decreaces dramaticly unfortunatly, you have to get the right balance........ anyway, good to hear i inspired you lol.

Well, yeah, I was looking for a projector for around 3 grand. It seems the projectors that they say are for Home Theaters have lower lumens then the ones that aren't, so I don't understand that at all. I think my projector is going to be around 35 feet from the screen, so I guess the lumens have to be higher. I guess when I'm ready to buy I need to do more research, maybe on Cnet.

I just bought the new Samsung BD-P3600 Blu-Ray player it's really Awesome, it comes with BD live, Netflix Live, Internet Radio & WiFi, etc. I did the wiring for the 7.1 surround sound speakers, so I'm doing a little at t time and it's getting there. We'll see how it goes. Maybe I should charge admission! LOL

are you insaine? from front to back of a REAL cinema is a average of 120 Feet, and then that will sit 4 or 5 HUNDRED people the length of my WHOLe games room from window to computer is 30 feet lol, you must have one hell of a room. Asides from that for that range you actually wanna get a projector with 7000 lumens PLUS...bulb life wont be that great, as your budget is three grand, bulbs for them things are Damn'd expencive. few grand each. mine and 4000 lumens.

meaning its perfectly visiblle in daylight. but you have to take the fact you have 35 feet of power to be projected, so lumens need to be Alot greater, you thinking of having a seating arangement for 100 odd people? from the way your talking, you can certainly fit that :L

Well, I just measured it and it's only about 23 ft. So, I was off. It will be seating for up to 6 people. I see projectors that work over 35 ft. and are only like 2000 lumens. So, I don't know. I installed all blackout window coverings, so it will be dark in the room during the day. If you see my Laser Light Show video you can see the room that it's going to be in for a second before the room goes dark. The projector will be up where the laser is right now. Later!

from that you obviously have no idea what you are on about i thought it goes without saying that a Disk Drive that has DVD R/W meaing it has the ability to be used to "RE-Write" DVD's, also makes it compatable to be a CD-R--CD Writer.
