  • The processes that he is talking about with us forgetting then our brains rebuilding is basically a computer going through defragging. And that happens when we go to sleep and dream.

    Defragging is when a computer takes all the files it has stored in it's hard drive, and basically puts it in order so it can processes things better and find it quicker, that is what our brains do when we sleep.
