  • # 2 to start back again real soon. I guess it'll be back to basics for me, too. I haven't let ALL of this time go to waste...I've been working on stretching and flexibility. Hope all is well with you, Sim!

  • @Poledancefan Hey Joel! Thanks for the cheer, I could really use it!! I never learned the freestanding handstand in yoga in all the years I practiced and taught, I'm actually using youtube to gain insight on the balance of it and there are a few very good assembled playlists on the subject. I think the more you hear the same thing in a different way the more complete the picture is in your brain to tell your body how to do it... Can't wait to see your new vids starting tomorrow!

  • It's great to see you back! That Aysha still looks great...no rustiness there at all! I'm so jealous of your handstand. I've spent a few months finally mastering doing one against the wall and/or the pole. Eventually I'd like to do one freestanding...but I'm not sure how to proceed without experienced help or a spotter. Anyway, I can relate to being off the pole. I stopped poling until my guardianship hearing for my mom (tomorrow)--just didn't want to take a chance getting hurt. But I'm hoping..
