First off, where I'm from it's capitalise. Please learn about how the English spell English.

Secondly if you are going to criticise me. Please learn that you're meant to put spaces after ellipses as they're counted as full stops and the difference between you're and your.

Your = Possessive.

You're = "You are" shortened.

Unless you are going to own his "little position" then its you're.

Also, capitalize works both ways, with a "s" or "z", just depends on where you are I guess.

As for the ellipses...if you rag on me about them, your ragging on public presses also.
