  • Nice watch... I have a TSAR myself...

  • Evan is current Army. I'm sure he'd appreciate that.

  • perfect trigger control. ex army?

  • Loud reset on that trigger. Cool designs coming.

  • The 6" silencer does, the 5" silencer will on longer barrels but probably not on the 10.3" carbine in the video. That little combination is probably 1-3DB over ear safe.

  • those cans are really short....do they make the rifles hearing safe?

  • @juki009 No rifle cans on a semi-automatic are truly hearing safe.

  • Well they certainly make things more safe regardless of your ear sensitivity. In one occaision with the Army firing an unsuppressed 5.56mm weapon I lost 30-90DB in my right ear depending on the frequency tested. That ear has been ringing ever since. On one other isolated occaision a buddy bailed me out but in the process fired his unsuppressed M4 with the muzzle 10" from my right ear. I can tell you I'd rather he'd had a suppressor. It was ear bleeding loud.

  • @manoftin2 Ouch...I know how you feel.... M4 plus muzzle brake = BIG OUCH

Good thing I was able to maintain muzzle discipline despite the pain. Ringing has stopped but my left ear seems to be more sensitive to loud noise now.

  • @juki009 If you think that's short cans, lookit Surefire's Micro for the 5.56x45.
