which will increase perfomance very much but works only with win7

so let me get this straight: Do I need to install the 3d analyzer and swiftshader in order to make BF2 work? Because when I installed it on my G31/G33 Intel express chipset, it gives me the black screen and an error when I try playing it. Anyone, please tell me if this is the case.

@jesusmendoza89 I installed the swiftshader files into BF2 folder and I remember it worked out fine. But that was a long time ago, so I can be mistaken... :D

yes this works, you just have to copy the swift shader files in to the BF2 folder but the only issue is frame rate will be very low and you can't enjoy the game , I just quit the game after 3 mins as its not enjoyable

this video works only you have to get swift shader from outside and extract it put all files in battlefeild 2 folder and start 3d analyzer tick force sw tnl andemulate hw tnl and also put tick on optionalstop at this time and got to battlefeild folder and start game it starts and work correctly and perfectly

U dnt need 3Danalyse or swiftshader 4 dat card......download tha latest driver and BF2 should work.......

You do know that intel GM965 is a DirectX 9.0 card and that DirectX 10 don't work on Windows XP, DirectX 10 only works for Vista and Windows 7, but you should know that by now.

small question...i play battlefield 2 on my macbook with 4Gb ram and the intel x3100. I start it without the swift shader and 3d analyzer and its playable but not really satisfying...now is there any big difference in the frame rates with the applications you present?
