a UNLOADED Mack AC top speed was just under 20 mph... with the concrete mixer and everything it will be less

I don't know for sure. It's not my truck. My guess would be 30 or 35 mph although I do occasionally drive a 1927 Buffalo fire truck that has been clocked at close to 50.
