She cannot kill that garbage standard hollow, Fishbone D in chap1 Yet she can finish D-Roy the Arrancar in chap201.

At chap1pg31 Rukia said 'such SPIRITUAL force' for Fishbone, but at chap13pg11, when she use Bounty Rewards to offset her bills, that hollow Bounty Reward is 0
