Does anyone know where to find info on Insurance Liability for a park like this? My town wants to put one in (on a smaller scale) but their primary concern is not getting sued. There's a couple parks like this across the country, like the one in Venice, CA where you don't need to pay or sign a waver to skate. If anyone can direct me to the right info that would be great!
