Incident: KLM MD11 near London on Oct 27th 2011, technical problem

A KLM McDonnell Douglas MD-11, registration PH-KCK performing flight KL-713 from Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Paramaribo (Suriname), was enroute at FL320 about 20nm east of London,EN (UK) when the crew decided to turn around and return to Amsterdam due to some undisclosed technical problem. On approach to Amsterdam the crew was advised to expect runway 18R.

I have taken off and landed in this bird... It is a dangerous Machine as the back top engine makes the aircraft TOP HEAVY......and undermines the balance.. they don't

make them no more... thank god. It is one of the worst airliners....ever!!

@wild1heart everything that moves can be lethal. dont you think the pilots are trained for flying these aircrafts? Worst airliner or worst airplane? KLM is a great airliner and have well maintained aircrafts. Wished this aircraft would fly me to Mexico, but the 747-400 combi will do too.
