I started at age 6, currently age 12. No 99's, but a couple skills at level 84. I did quit for a rather long amount of time. Runescape just requires time that none of us have, that's why Jagex has so many players. If skills didn't take forever, everyone would be easily bored.

You are so right! runescape is just an easy game which needs patient. If u want some easy skill 99 it takes close to 100h.. 100HOURS of same clicking all the time its kinda boring.. Think cooking you click few times, wait a minute, bank and repeat.. IS IT FUN? You wait 100h to get some pixels. I played runescape, but now i realized that it's not fun anymore. I know achieving a 99 is fun but getting it is not fun. And these days RuneScape is chanced so much thats why I play World of Warcraft :DD:

Also the great thing about runescape its always changing. Each month comes with more game changing updates so you never know whats coming and it keeps all of us hanging on to see what happends next.

It's an easy game if you can overcome the pain and patience. (i dont have much patience). I've been playing for 3 months and i have 100+5 cb, about 14m in every skill altogether and about 20m cash. Oh, and guess what? I'm 11. So yes, sometimes it is an easy game, firemaking is an 11 day skillcape for 10hours p/day. 4.5 for 24hrs. i play this game mainly because it uses a lot of maths to calculate how much you'll make, and i enjoy calculating it.
