@55445522 Not saying it is fake or anything, but the plates are probably 45 lbs on the side, just what most of the big plates are. So 45 lb bar +4 -45 lb plates, 225 lbs. Plus some tens, 2.5's or 5's, yeah 250.
thi guy is super strong, bet he's fast and powerful. Im 20 and i do for 10, and im one of the strongest ppl around where i live for my age. Any ideas how much he weighs?
I never did more than four or five sets of squats or bench in a session, and never did split training because I didn't have the time. Other sets I'm pleased with are: 15 reps, no bouncing and full extension at 175 lb press behind neck. 8 strict reps at 180 on barbell curls; 10 reps at 280 on bench, again no bouncing and full extension. My top bench was disappointing, getting 392 lb a couple of times and 396 once. Friends suggested the 400 fazed me but I think I was only good for 375!
I took up weights at 29 years, about a stone overweight at 11.5 stone. I lost a stone in a month training 3 times weekly, then gradually grew. I was back at 11.5 stone 2 months later, all muscle. Never took steroids. I was squatting 300lb 20 times (full squat) by the time I was 34. At 48 years at 176 lb I repped 220 lb 22 times on bench, but not like this lad. Full extension and no bouncing. I also did 10 reps of vertical bench cable rows at 400lb. You can't cheat on a vertical bench.
shitty form but still very real
