  • Great footage, that horn is amazing!

  • How common do trains run on these tracks?

  • He didn't even whistle over the crossing! Somebody could of legally sued and won, had they been hit and survived; had they not, their family would of won.

  • This horn sounds so strange, AND WHY WOULD YOU NOT WANT TO WATCH A TRAIN GO BY? Stupid dumbasses that try to skip them

  • This is why there are so many quiet zones here, let's go back to the 1st generation P5.

  • Dumbass driver at :22 seconds. Nice horn action! :)

  • @trinityct YUP! Stupid ass went right around the gates...

  • @1jackdk Well, you know...Evolution! :D

  • Nice!

  • does the BL&E still use the SD18s and the one SD9?

  • Very cool, thankyou for sharing!

  • Nice one.

  • Love those old P3's or 5's to death!

  • Cool shot!

  • Loving the old cast P5! Great sounds and video, thanks for sharing Jack!

  • Great video.

  • Good catch

  • Gotta love that Gyralight!

  • 210, wow, thats a very very rare catch.

  • GOD I LOVE IT! keep trying to find more old BLE stuff. Any idea where this was?

  • Idiot ignoring the gates.

  • I visited the B&LE back in 1982. At the time they were running F's. But the coal mines & trains I guess were on vacation/shut down, so even though I photographed the F's, I can't recall seeing any B&LE trains running. Who owns the B&LE. Did U.S Steel dump it like the EJ&E by selling it to the CN?

  • @strobx1 CN has own the B&LE for several years now, and have basically ran it into the ground, as they did the DM&IR.

  • @1jackdk. Well that figures. Boxcar Frank shows a very long train pulled by one EJ&E SD40-2. Here in Michigan, the CN is pulling very long trains with as little power as possible. It is almost like they empty the yard with one train.

  • makes me wish we still had a steel industry in this effin country.

  • Great seeing the older videos. Excellent. 2 thumbs up.

  • where those P3s or early P5s? Nice vids btw. I think i remember you from railpictures's video site. love all the old train vids you post here too

  • @bigshow196 probably P5's, and yes, I do have a good many on railpicture's videos. But I got tired of them rejecting stuff. Stuff that they reject, is some top videos, and old stuff people are dying to see. Glad you enjoy the vids. Take care, Jack...

  • Great video and horn, Jack! Thumbs up and a favorite!

  • Nice one Jack, thank's for saving and posting! Rich

  • Look at the idiot 0:21!
