I dont know agree with the interpretation of the hadith, such as i a day like a year, a day like a month ...... The hadith is sahih but the interpretation is wrong. Dajjal is a physical being but not resurected yet. Once he is resurected he is going to rule the rule during 40 days, a day like year, day like a month .... the he will be killed by Aissa PBUH. All the calcultions you put forward are just WRONG.

I think the map in the beginning is wrong, because it says from Nile to Euphrates and one of the local Arabic newspapers have published it in 1990. It also includes Sudan (the Nile stripe) and Ethiopia (the Nile Source) plus the Euphrates Source in Turkey and I don't remember that so huge part of Saudi Arabia in the published map along with the whole Lebanon!
