i am a bosh fan but he is not a 1st tier all star in this league. he is a secondary star that would play really well with a superstar like lebron or wade. he cannot lead a team like the rest some due to that he is a PF and it is hard to get PF's the ball. but on the most part he is not a 1st tier superstar not by any imagination i think he should leave toronto its pretty clear that no 1st tier all star would ever want to play there.
