I've seen other videos and it always comes out with the broth forming a jelly like consistency. I think what you're meant to do is to warm up the can first so it comes out like it has here, as a broth instead of a goopy jelly. NOW I KNOW! off to the supermarket.

what's wrong with a whole canned chicken we used them a lot when i was a kid made fast chicken soup or for casseroles it really isn't any different than any other kind of chicken in a can you just have to separate it from the parts you don't want yourself.

40 or so years ago our babysitter used to (serve) this to us for a meal-the image of that chicken in a can has never left me-the broth in that can doesn't look half bad compared to the unknown particles floating in the lovely canned chicken I remember! I could never take a second bite no matter how hungry my little growing body was. After the second bite I would run outside and spit it out in the bushes everytime! Thumbs up for giving that canned chicken from hell a try!!
