When you get double underooks in half guard and i go real low whats should i do to stop getting d'arced. I find this happens me alot and i jus dont no how to stop it.

keep you elbow in tighter to your side if they start fishing for the choke abandon going for x and extend your hips out, or you can trap the arm they are looking to choke you with and roll under them for a half guard sweep.@sbmfighter

Yes- but assuming that you are familiar with the Brabo setup, then you can allow him to take the bait and use a counter sweep. Though that is a counter- it's definitely an option that you should be aware of.
The Electric Chair sweep/submission is another option- this is primarily an option that can be utilized after that sweep has failed. While I also enjoy the 10th Planet system, and think that Eddie is a genius with jiu-jitsu- I'm not sure why you posted this on a video about The X-Guard. The X-Guard was developed by Marcelo Garcia of Team Fabio Gurgel, and the 10th Planet guys haven't really used it widely like they have the Rubber Guard. That being said, please check out the site. We have a lot of material from all different jiu-jitsu systems!

No, it's done from the Half guard.

No, the electric chair is usually done from Eddie Bravo's lockdown half guard, not from Marcelo's x-guard.

This would absolutely work in MMA. You just have to sweep him quickly from the X-Guard (which is not too hard to do).

Oh ok I thought it was more like an actual guard that u can use like the traditional or rubber guard but its more a sweeping guard. Thanks.

you can also set up for heel hook instead of going for x-guard this way.
