Well I don't remember the skills in order right now so I'll tell you what all skill do. First one - You put something on the target and if he doesn't move more than 600 range he gets frozen. Second - It slows targets around it and removes magical ressistance. Third-When you click the spell a circle appears - you have to target that circle on you and your allies to enchant yourself with extra magical dmg. Hope it hepled.

@infestedzerg99 45 seconds is still very low cd time for a global ult that cancels healing and kills at a percentage threshold. Lvl 3 ult can almost wipe out an entire creep wave with ease. You shouldn't need a gaint AOE stun to land his ult, its not that difficult. AA has always been a paper int hero. Nothing new there. Getting survivability items like meka and hood help greatly.
