@Ramadan546 It most likely hardware modificated. Search for "infrared webcam hack" on google. Im almost sure, that he done the same thing on the nexus. (Removed the IR filter above the CCD chip)
@Ramadan546 In that case, it's most likely fake. Maybe if you set very low exposure time, then some places might be lighter, but the FPS would be very low (1frame per 10-15 seconds). Also, if there was some green "night vision device" effect, it couldn't be true.
@VODKA0710 No its not an effect its a hack that shuts off all color pixels except for Red,Blue,Green,or Yellow.What ever you want so the screen is still the same but its just one color.
