  • @meade916 where and how much did you get those i want to put in my tahoe like you did

  • OF COURSE HE PUT SHRINK WRAP ON THE FUCKING REMOTE WIRE.

  • hey steve i know this video is older but just curious why don't you go with the butane soldiering irons as opposed to draging that chord around...oh and how did you tune in those amps once you had the box in there? you have to take it in and out a couple times before you got the sound you were looking for?

  • Now, one question about your relay setup. If you leave circuits one and two closed, and the amps and fans are on, will they all shutoff with the car, or do you have to open the circuit back yourself? Just curious, cuz this is a good idea, but I could see myself gettin in a hurry, and forgetting to turn the amps off, draining all my batts, and it being a bitch to charge back up.

  • woow too much wires.....!!

  • Steve, just out of curiosity, do you know how to do tint?

  • lol steve you play all the jamz wat you know about them songs

  • im bout to hook up 4 or more amps in my system... where can i find step by step info on how to hook up the 12 volt relay to turn on the amps & not put all the amps on the one lead from the deck

  • while i was watching this my tooth came out no joke

  • PAGAL HAI MADARCHOD

  • damn this system truly is a work of art ^^

  • lol dude ur awesome. ur wires cost more than my system lol

  • WOW HOW MUCH FOR YOUR SYSTEM!?!?!?

  • i love looking at your videos to get me pumped when im about to work on my ride

  • look at that! steve just made his own bracket! if all these retards can talk all this shit, i bet you half these fucktards cant do a fraction of the shit steve did! MAD PROPS STEVE.

  • dei dir gits oin kabelsalat

  • how many batterys are you running?

  • @habzh 10 damnit watch the other vids.

  • How do did you wire the RM04 unit?!

    Does anyone know?!?!?!?

  • you the man professional.

    its my dream

  • that would suck if you lost that remote

  • @pinoytat93 no it wont.....

  • This is insade. i inspire me alot steve.

  • holy fuck dude.. for you to be able to keep up with exactly what wires got to what you seriously must be a God..

    this is insane.

mad props on everything bro 5 stars for sure

  • tylee paskA HOUsun

  • in order to do all this shit u must have a very understanding woman lol lmao

  • only if i had a bigger vehicle. you are so ridiculous at this man, very professional. You are flatout my inspiration. Whats your real job?

  • so steve how did u ever wire that rm04 do i run a group to the amp and 1 power to the remote of the amp?

  • insane. i fucking love it.

  • Anyone what is the relay used for or is it make the power safer to run electricity off of

  • Hey couple of questions. Why didnt you just jump the remote wires on the amps so you would only have one remote wire for the amps that are powering your subs? would of been alot less of a mess. Also, why didnt you just tap the fans on the remote wire to the amps? Thats why whenever the amps come on the fans will too. Can really see why you would wanna turn the fans on and off by themselves.

  • its not a mess. Its clean. I dont need the fans on all the time just on hot(er) days....most of the winter, i wont need them on unless i know i will be playing it hard for long periods. After i take the box out one last time, i will probably install temp sensors and make it full auto

  • id be the first to loose the remote:)

  • this video really shows your skill at what you do man considering your dealing with so many wires thats amazing work right there. iv never seen so many wires be that clean and organized. but im goin to arizona sometime in the next year to get all my certifications and endure 8 weeks of learning a bunch of shit i already know and might check out some shops around the west coast so i hope i run into ur tahoe cus its def got its beast mode on and turned up!

  • Yo bro wa good

i got my own RM04 how did u wire the ground and positive of the 12V output?

do i write the 12v to the remote of the amp and the 12v out ground with the ground of the amp?

tHank brO all the way up iN canada

  • OK hands down your fab'in is 10/10 inventions 10/10 sound 10/10 ideas 10/10 youtube video's thats where you need a hand.. i know how hard it is to fab stuff up and to hole a cam while your tryng to cut things well..... i really like the 12v relay thing your doing.. im all about relays in the truck, just need new ideas to use them, i really like the trigger wire to the relay ! my next thing to do is a fan setup of some sort ! keep up the GREAT WORK and the posting !

  • thanks man!!!! i will bro! :)

  • yea cuz i need it for my system im gettin to

  • Very slick. Didn't even know those existed.

  • love the remote controled remote wire device thingy lol. good ideas you got

  • Also what do you think of beyma and ev's

  • Question what do you think of the kicker warhorse I love your work man

  • is he putting his FI BTL's back in???

  • I'm just curious as to why you solder and heat shrink EVERY wire.. It makes for a solid conntection of course, and is neccesary for some wires.. but couldnt you just "Butt Splice" and Crimp the remote wires to save time? Just curious. 5/5!

  • well if it makes a solid connection..then why not take the time..i use butt splice connectors just to save time just cuz im so lazy...but soldering makes it muchhh better..learned from experience

  • that what i do i solider every connection it takes longer but its worth it

  • I cant wait till you make a demo man!

  • god, i don't think anyone knows how hard this thing is reallyyy gonna knock

  • dose the ignition have to be on in order for you to be ably turn on the fans?? because it would be cool if you could park the car somewhere and leave the fans running cooling the amps off.

  • Im looking to get a T2500-1bd for my 2 type-rs. A PDX 1.1000 is runnin' 'em now, think that the T2500 will suffice or is there just to much power in one of those things?

  • a hell of alot more power than a pdx 1000

  • idk bro i think that T2500 would tear type r's up, what are they 12's or 15's?

  • how are you going to hide all that wire

  • Hey meade? Why are you having soo many amps? Couldnt you just do one per sub or one per 2subs? Unless if your gonna double up the power with those amps but explain

  • wait nvm. I forgot about the rest of the speakers in the car.

  • he's got like 10 mid speakers an 10 tweeters goin on amps also, if they weren't on amps the subwoofers would be so loud you probably wouldn't hear any of the highs

  • how much would one of those amps cost?? and how many watts??

  • Thats awsome new Ideas for my build when my wife lets me lol.

  • when it get fully workin may Gucci Mane - My Kitchen

  • you r not lyin about that lol that song bangs in my car lol

  • but other than that its a fantastic idea

  • i would think wit how hard the subs pound that the lil bracket wouldnt hold the 4 channel remote box witout puttin a lil bit of rubber or somethin that will grip the remote box better n also apply a lil more pressure to squeeze onto the remote box

  • killer system

  • lmao of corse this comment would come from someone with the name world of warcraft you fucking loser, spending all their time on the internet..Smh such ignorance

  • nice

  • nice shhhh. steve....cleanest set up ive seen so far...

  • wow your runnin a power house in that thing steave. never seen such big industrial wires on some 18's. but i guess they require that much for 20,000 watts.

  • 30,000.

  • its 30,000 watts

  • how will you know if the fans are on or not when everything is put together???

  • they make noise

  • ur smart as fuck the Amout of cables god

  • thats really smart

  • Whatt subwoofers are you going to usee?

  • Nice video man, when do you think the build will be finished and deadline?

  • Can't wait for the bumps, i wanna see how much u can shake a car next to you wit the new amps :D

  • WHERE IS THE EYE FOR THE REMOTE?

  • It uses RF not IR signal, same stuff they use in RC cars.

  • Good shit.

  • lookin good. that was smart to do the remotes like that

  • DAMN THATS A GOOD IDEA.

  • i cant wait to hear the first bump!

  • that sweet Steve i can't wait till its done

  • No prob, cant wait to see the finished product, iv been thinkin about gettin a system in my car, whats ur take on 2 l7's and 2 rockford fosgate t2500.1's

  • Same remotes used in the hoopty build? Or am I wrong?

  • yup, i love those things!

  • Looking good i think its a smart thing to do what you are doing which is doing it all right taking your time not rushing no matter how long it takes. Good luck

  • thanks!!!! :)

  • That is an awesome setup u have Steve! Looks like a lot of hard work but it'll definitely be worth it. I was wondering how you were going to control the fans bcuz them being on all the time when the Tahoe is on would run down their life pretty quick.

I know most computer case fans which are just like those push out like 25 CFM each so you're talking a TON of airflow through there.

  • the fans are connected to the air conditioning, so when he turns the air on, the amp fans turn on

  • Good info. You got us tuned in man.. lookn forward to the new install.

  • I would not take the time to record my project lol

Good job doing the work and posting these videos!!!

  • Steve your garage is better equipped than my install bay at work lol. Keep it up build looks great love the fan system you worked out.

  • O snap its beautiful.

  • very nice steve. quality work as always.

  • Most people would take the easy way out, like running the relay, but into a distribution block, then the remotes. You, on the other hand, have done this biuld as professionally as it could be, all the way through. Like I said before, you are setting a standard for bassheads to go by, and maybe, just maybe, keep the fire depot from havin to put out so many fires due to f'ed up wiring. Thanks for ur civic duty! lol.

  • just tryin to prevent Car-B-Q's bro LOL - thanks for sayin that i 'preciate that!! :)

  • another awesome update vid, keep em comin steve. 5/5

  • Great job bro :)

  • where are the subwoofers going?

  • On top of the amps...

  • OMG - I'm fan of you steve! auehaue ... and I'm a Brazilian Guy! Congrats!

  • Love these videos, keep it up man 5*'s!

  • Whats cracking SMD, This might be a stupid question , but how are you going to cover all those cables? by just placing the panel on top or what? and are you going to be using the same subs? I know you get Bombarded with retarded questions all day but i was just curious.. Nice job by the way, U a real audio Freak+bass freak.!

  • Hey Steve here's an idea for you, my buddy hooked up some small solar panels on the roof of his trucks in order to keep his batteries charged while he is parked.

Seeing how you have more amps than him, do you think solar panels might help you out when you are parked?

  • is your boy a tweaker? No offense but it would take way to many solar panels then my roof can fit to charge 10 batteries....not to mention that if they are made of glass like most are, i would probably shatter them. Oh, i would also look like a damn tweaker with that on my roof LOL! No offense to you though man, thanks dude!!

  • i would have soldered the mounted the box lol

  • thats was cool

  • God damn that's a lot of wire!

  • Cool, Man!!

  • haha, and the saga continues, ok now its flat head for sheet metal, and pencil for wood lol, cool shit man

  • simple but affective

  • man you got love and respect all the way from lansing michigan nice job yo

  • fuckin awesome man!

  • Lol SIMPLE. That wasn't simple at all. Five stars *****

  • keep doin your thing that shit is fly

  • that control thing is fuckin tight

  • you should use a fan speed controler, don´t think they need to go that fast....

  • I like these "Small piece of the puzzle" type videos you do for the rebuild process vids, Steve. I think alot of people learn from these & find them usefull in their own lil projects.

  • Nice shit as usual steve

  • steve, you really need yourself some kind of device to hold your video camera on your shoulder when you dont have your kids or any helpers around, so you can use both hands to work on stuff. lol

  • very nice, never question S.M.

  • look it up steve on youtube 24 12s. You Can Do It lol your like god to me lol

  • no one on youtube has 24 12's in the cargo area of a tahoe. I told you i like 18's better anyway :) thanks man!! :D :D

  • no problem, just enjoying the art of it man :)

  • me 2! :)

  • steve win u turn the amps on how would u no if all 8 turn on

  • dame your on point lol good stuff.

  • im sorry steve ...but thats sick as fuck dude. im just kinda curious as to how your gonna hide all that wire haha.

  • God damnnnnn! this is another level type of shttttt.

  • Steve my Bradda you need to invest in a helmet cam...lol That way you still have two hands and you can video without having to stop.

  • i think it would be lourder man. but your right, its your truck so do what you have to do lol take it eazy man i'm just putting an idea out their is all. i'm still viewing your videos like i have been, like always. keep them coming Mayn...

  • lol i have that same blue clamp hes using to bend the steel but yeah i cant wait for the finished product

  • Sick! Nice one hand job too!! Keepem coming...!!!
