hello people they had to have to film ready to. evey person nows they won something within a week of the show. cuz then they knw to be there and look nice. NPH is soooooo hot.
Ok, (a) he knew in advance who won all the tonys in order to prepare this song or (b) he rehearsed about 40 possible songs and read this off a prompter on the night - either way NPH killed it. Brilliant!

Or, like the orchestra, he knew the melody before hand and then him and the writers filled in the words during the show.
