@bartsimpson67543 the train is run on tracks, the monorail runs on the monorail track. And everything else that moves is also motorized by motors and gears. Hope that helps
Like gengar200 said, this is cool with thje mix of music and lego coz it makes you feel emotional and love lego. My dad used to have these sets and I never knew and oneday the box was taken out of the attic and I saw them for the first time in real life. I had to fix most though but a lot of the instructions are on the internet anyway
nice combination of music and the age of those bricks,i think it makes other people remember their childhood days and also makes me cry but i am only a child
Absolutely brilliant! Thanks for posting. I have just dug out all my classic space lego sets to play 5 year old boy ... been waiting since he was born - he loves it - keeps calling it star wars lego though :-)
Wow, totally cool. I love the classic space sets and still have some. I am curious how you get the wheeled vehicles to move around by themselves. Is there another track underneath ground level with magnets?
I'm damn near close to wetting my pants here. Lookit all the Galaxy Explorers! I love the custom stuff too. The crazy monorail transport ferreting around two Space Probes (from #6870) is particularly brilliant. Nice landing pads and massive crater too. Makes me wish I still had my 500 boxed Space sets... sold them all in 2004!
how did they get them to move automatically

@morethejamesx39 Thanks for your kind words! Yep--the directions are on the 'net. I hang around lugnet and bricklink for all my lego needs ;)
I find the classic sets lots of fun... the new sets are cool but I prefer the old--must be my age :)

5th rating 5th comment yes and thats not urs there is people in the background
909kiddz4u 2 years ago
I don't understand the comment--There are people in the background because we displayed this at the Toronto Toy, Train and Doll show last year
See those people sitting there? Those are my friends who attended the show and displayed their LEGO creations with me.
So if you wish to clarify your remarks, please do so.
As it is, Jeff and I set up this display and it is, quite emphatically, ours.
