Es una situación complicada, yo perdí a un amigo en una situación igual, no pudo soltar el parapente y una ola lo arrastro. Lo principal en un caso así es soltar la vela y si ves que vas a caer al mar, unos metros antes soltarse los amarres. Una buena solución es tener mosquetones de suelta rápida

le faltó el curso de TAM, o no sabe nadar...ahora el sector de la playa no tiene arena y tiene bastante piedriecillas ..en esos lugares es dificil salir ya que que la mar sale y entra formando remolinos, si por la desesperación se enredo y no quería perder su equipo, lo mas factible es que suceda esto...ahora por la experiencia siempre deben de llevar una corta plumas...

Espero que nadie venga a decir que el parapentismo es una actividad inofensiva para la población, igual a trotar o caminar por el parque. Aquí abundan los irresponsables que se creen pilotos e instructores de vuelo, volar es la actividad que más respeto y cuidados merece cuando es un ser humano quien la pone en práctica .

hats off to the guys helping very difficult conditions and with all those lines about but hey i couldnt believe the cameraman not helping out "F"the filming, think they needed as many extra hands as poss plus there were a few other watchers bit later in the clip for god sake lend a hand drag him up the beach . but having said that he didnt seem to be thanking them thaat much after looked like he sulked off , poor show i say

@xtremeplayboy Fully agree! In the situation where 3 people are obviously struggling to save the pilot, additional pair of hands is worth million times more than poor video record.... If the cameraman and all other useless observers would grabb the wing, they would easily pull the pilot, harness and paraglide far from the water in a few seconds.....

@milanthepilot Nope. Notice how even with a lots of hands, the glider is still lost? The lads were concentrating on keeping the pilot's head out of the water... I'm glad the cameraman kept filming, otherwise we wouldn't have seen this. It's always a problem when you film... Help? Record?

It down to the undertow. I've been in that situation, just crawling out was near impossible on that kind of beach.

El lugar es muy seguro para volar y los instructores no necesitarian salvavidas. Aprendi a volar en ese lugar y viajo por lo menos 4 veces al ano a volar alla. el piloto haria algo muy estupido para caer al agua con tantos lugares de aterrizajes que tiene la costa verde.

This guy's lucky; I witnessed someone land inside the breakers in heavier surf a few years ago, they got dragged under immediately - took an hour to find them (needed a helicopter in the end), another hour to recover their body.

Totalmente de acuerdo, un parapente en el agua es una muerte segura, lo mejor fue cortar los suspentes.

Ademas, sino las cortan, la vela lo volveria a empujar al mar.

La vela se compra de nuevo, pero la vida no se compra en ninguna tienda!

yo soy piloto de parapente y he trabajado como buceador profesional, y entiendo perfectamente lo dificil de la situaccion,, si os fijais los que estan ayudando no pueden apoyarse en nada para hacer fueza , hicieron lo que humildemente sabian hacer, un parapente mide aproximadamente 23m2, imajinar la cantidad de agua que contenia, imposible de sacar,, yo quiero dar mi enhora buena a los rescatadores porque de no haber estado alli ese chico no habria sobrevivido

Asi es Angeles sin alas le salvaron la vida!! yo como un humilde instructor de vuelo en parapente el consejo que daria si a alguien le llegara a pasar esto de nuevo como piloto de parapente o paramotor. si voy directo al agua, sentado en mi arnes desconecto todas las conecciones y seguros, y al acuatizar me alejo del eauipo!! pues tiene muchas lineas que con la friccion pueden degollar, ahorcar y en el menor de los casos quemarte. felicito a los rescatadores. desde Mexico

Los que rescataron al piloto eran tablistas y no tenian idea de que es un mosquetón y mucho menos de como desconectarlo. Los salvavidas cortaron las líneas, en ese momento fue lo mejor. El tipo no atino a sacarse la silla, para esto ya tenia las lineas totalmente enredadas en los pies. Era un piloto extranjero sin mucha experiencia.

para la proxima vez si cae alguien al mar, es mejor desconectarse antes de tocar el agua, y alejarse de ese equipo de vuelo pues son muchas lineas y se van a enredar, ademas el ala pesa como 2 toneladas ya con agua!!!

el piloto era extrangero, con una vela demasiado avanzada para el, y muy poco hábil. Cuadno el viento se va todos aterrizan sin probelmas en la playa, estepiloto hizo una pesima aproximacion callendo al agua.
