Don't run so much as it give u way 2 much momentum and u end up doing a huge rebound or landing on ur bum!! But really good, my sis 2ook ages 2 learn her flick (back handspring)

wow you guys have a really long run-up, from what ive been taught (actual gym) you have a very small run-up & for more strength we just do one step, hurdle roundoff back "handspring"
One time I did a roundoff backhandspring and when I landed on my hands for the backhandspring my elbow over bent the wrong way. Does anyone know how to help me prevent this from happening again?(:
