No, it is in Finland, but the Russian custom servie is so bad that it been long trucklines. Russia have to fix their cutoms when the traffic just increase. This road should be motorway in a couple of year btw!

@crazygrrl89 yeah, in russia, there are no roads:) i drove few times last summer between Piter and Moscow, and it was terrible. Part of the road was made as a road, but most of it was like a potate field:) terrible, i believe they can build a roads, but they dont do it, why????

I had a very frank conversation with one of the guys supervising road development. He was frank - "we have the technologies to make the good roads - for us it is not convenient because it does not allow us to steal money every year off the "fixing" of roads"

Actually those cars are all going to Russia. Russian ports are just not capable of handling the always growing amount of stuff, so they have to bring it as a "transito" traffic through foreign ports...

Yeah, those russian truck are really BIG PROBLEM in Finland, but biggest is Russian customs. I don´t know, but perhaps that cam view is from H11,Hamina firetruck.
